Your Chef

Born in Burgundy and having grown up surrounded by nature, good products and renowned gastronomy, it was only natural that I turned to cooking very early on. I studied to cook in establishments in Nivernais, then I continued my career in other regions of France and Switzerland in order to discover new products and acquire more knowledge and autonomy.

It was in Franche-Comté that I put my bags down for a few years and discovered new cooking methods but also know-how and a real respect for fresh, seasonal and local products.

Having abandoned the profession for a few years, it is obvious for me today to take back the apron and put at your service my passion for authentic cuisine and bring you all the well-being of a moment shared with friends, colleagues or with your family at home, on your boat or at the office.
