Your Chef

Born in Burgundy and having grown up surrounded by nature, good products and renowned gastronomy, it was quite natural that I turned to cooking very early on.

I studied cooking in establishments in Burgundy, then I continued my journey in other regions of France and in Switzerland in order to discover new products and acquire more knowledge and autonomy.

It was in Franche-Comté that I settled for a few years and discovered new cooking methods but also know-how and a real respect for fresh, seasonal and local products.

I subsequently created my company and offered my services as a home chef and caterer on the Côte d'Azur for the last five years. I also perfected my knowledge in prestigious establishments such as the Hermitage Hotel in Monte Carlo and shared my experience as a cooking trainer at the Lycée Jeanne et Paul Augier in Nice.

Today I would like to put my passion for authentic cuisine at your service by combining the gastronomy of our different regional terroirs and bringing you all the well-being of a personalized moment of conviviality, shared between friends, colleagues or family, whether at your home, at the office, on your boat or in the most diverse places.
