Our values and implications for the environment.
Out of concern for the environment, Salicorne et Romarin wishes to reduce its impact as much as possible. As well :
- the menus offered are made up of fresh products and respect the seasons
- the majority of our products come from local or regional producers
- the drinks provided during catering services are contained in returnable glass bottles for mineral water and lost glass for fruit juices.
- the cups, cutlery and plates are made of compostable and / or recyclable material.
