I offer homemade, seasonal menus, composed only of fresh products but also a wine list from our regions and champagnes, favoring collaboration with local and regional suppliers respectful of the same values.

In order to agree together on the various details that will make your event an unforgettable moment for a lunch, an evening, an aperitif dinner or even over several days, we will meet before the date of my service to organize the details of the reception while taking take into account your possible dietary constraints, allergies or cultural convictions and so that I can discover the places in which I should officiate.

I will take care of the purchasing, ensure the preparations for your menu or buffet, serve you according to your choice and according to the number of guests, then ensure the cleaning of my work place.

You don't take care of anything. All you have to do is enjoy your guests!

The pricing of the menus also includes all of my services.

Working only with fresh products, the menus can be modified according to the arrivals and the prices of raw materials.
