I offer you exclusively homemade, seasonal menus, composed only of fresh products, but also a wine list from our regions and champagnes, favoring collaboration with local and regional suppliers who respect the same values.
In order to agree together on the various details that will make your event an unforgettable moment, whether for lunch, dinner, an aperitif or even over several days, we will meet before the date of my performance to organise the details of the reception, taking into account any dietary constraints, allergies or cultural convictions you may have, and so that I can discover the venues in which I will be officiating.
I will take care of purchasing, preparing your menu or buffet, serving you according to your choice and the number of guests, and offering you a service provided by qualified wait staff.
I will also take care of cleaning my work area.
You don't have to worry about a thing. All you have to do is enjoy your guests!
The menu prices also include all my services.
As we only work with fresh produce, menus are subject to change depending on the availability of raw materials.

All our dishes may vary depending on the catch.
The Sea is sovereign, the service of this menu depends on the rarity of the products.
Without our fishermen, gatherers and divers we would not be able to offer you this cuisine.
